Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SEO Command Centre application ("the Application"), operated by ScalePath, a product of In Marketing We Trust Pty Ltd (ABN 78 625 699 055) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

The Application is an SEO analytics platform that connects with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to provide automated cross-source analysis, insights, and recommendations. The Application may also integrate with third-party services such as Ahrefs for additional data enrichment.

3. Account Registration

To use the Application, you must create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Google Account Connection

The Application requires you to connect your Google account to access Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data. By connecting your Google account, you authorise us to access the data within the scopes you approve during the OAuth consent process. You may revoke this access at any time through the Application or through your Google Account permissions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Application or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application's infrastructure or other users' access
• Share project passwords or access credentials with unauthorised parties
• Use the Application to scrape, harvest, or collect data beyond its intended functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application

6. Project Dashboards

Each project within the Application may have a unique, password-protected URL. You are responsible for managing access to your project dashboards and for the security of project passwords. We are not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from shared or compromised passwords.

7. Data Accuracy

The Application provides SEO analysis and recommendations based on data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other connected services. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any analysis, recommendation, or AI-generated summary. You should use the Application's outputs as one input among many in your decision-making process.

8. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of In Marketing We Trust Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of your data and any content you provide through the Application. Reports and analyses generated by the Application using your data are yours to use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Application.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Application's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Application may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
